Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms: This policy governs cancellations and refund requests for experiences booked through GigisTours. By making a reservation, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Cancellation Deadlines:
Standard Cancellation: Cancellation must be made at least 7 calendar days before the experience begins for a full refund.
Cancellation will also be accepted within 24 hours of booking, as long as more than 48 hours remain before the start.
Late Cancellation: If cancelled less than 7 days in advance or outside the previous conditions, a penalty will apply (specify percentage or amount). No refund will be given on the day of the experience or if it has already started.

3. Cancellation Procedure: Send the request to the email cobros@gigistours.com including the reservation number, full name, and reason for cancellation. Receipt will be confirmed, and approval will be communicated.

4. Refunds:
Full Refund: Applies when the standard cancellation period is met and no additional charges have been incurred.
Partial Refund: For late cancellations or justified reasons, administrative charges or penalties will be deducted.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original reservation.

5. Exceptional Cases and Force Majeure: In situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, GigisTours will evaluate each case to reschedule the experience or issue a full or partial refund.

6. Modifications by GigisTours: GigisTours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an experience due to reasons beyond its control, offering rescheduling or a full refund.

7. Conflicts and Claims: In case of any discrepancies, the user may submit a claim to cobros@gigistours.com. It will be reviewed, and a solution will be provided within 10 business days.

8. Acceptance of the Policy: By making a reservation, the user confirms having read, understood, and accepted these terms.
